1) Definitions

“Service” includes web hosting, related tools, and support provided by BestHosting.bd. “Customer” means the account holder.

2) Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account details and securing login credentials. You are also responsible for all activity under your account.

3) Acceptable Use Policy

• • No phishing, malware, hacking attempts, or harmful code.
• • No spam, bulk unsolicited email, or email abuse.
• • No illegal content or content violating rights of others.
• • No excessive resource usage that harms server stability.

We may suspend services to protect infrastructure and customers if abuse is detected.

4) Payments & Billing

Hosting services are billed in advance according to your selected billing cycle. If payment is overdue, your service may be suspended or terminated after a grace period (if applicable).

5) Refund Policy

Refunds (if offered) apply to hosting services only. Domain registration/renewal and third-party licenses or add-ons may be non-refundable. If you provide a refund window (e.g., 7/30 days) on your order page, that policy will apply.

6) Backups & Data

You should keep your own backups. While we may provide backups based on plan and infrastructure, we do not guarantee recovery of all data in every case.

7) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate services for violations of these terms, non-payment, or actions that cause risk to the network or other customers.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, BestHosting.bd and UnivaHost are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including business interruption, loss of profits, or data loss.

9) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
